During the above window the network engineering team will be performing upgrades on critical hardware within our Singapore region. This is pro-active maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the networking infrastructure.
Expected Impact: No customer impact is expected, however; there may be small periods lasting no longer than 2 minutes of slightly increased latency and small amounts of packet loss as traffic is rerouted.
Periodic updates will follow as work progresses. Do not hesitate to contact support if you have any additional questions or concerns.
