Between 13:30 and 14:00 UTC, our engineering team observed networking issues impacting multiple hypervisors in our NYC3 region. During this time, some users may have experienced loss of connectivity to NYC3 Droplets, including Managed Databases and Managed Kubernetes. This would have also affected event processing for impacted resources in NYC3, including, but not limited to Droplet Snapshot/Backup creates, Droplet resizes, and power actions. Our team was able to take quick action to mitigate the impact and resolve the issue, and networking in our NYC3 region is now functioning normally.
