Due to issues encountered during the maintenance, we have identified that Droplets created in LON1 between 01:15 and 02:15 UTC may have been intermittently impacted by inbound packet loss. This impacted a subset of newly created, as well as existing Droplets in LON1, and has since been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. During the above window, our networking team will be upgrading core networking infrastructure in our LON1 location to improve performance and reliability.
While we expect no impact to customer networking during this change window, there is a minimal risk of intermittent packet loss and increased latency. We will endeavor to keep this to a minimum for the duration of the change. If we experience further issues, we’ll roll back the changes.
