Our Engineering team has resolved the issue that was causing errors via Cloud Control Panel and API, and has also completed this maintenance successfully.

An unexpected issue has occurred at this point in the maintenance. Our Engineering team is currently working on diagnosing the issue, but at this time, users may experience issues when interacting with our Cloud Control Panel or API. We have confirmed there are issues with creating new Managed Kubernetes clusters, as well as resizing existing clusters.

As soon as we have an update, we will update this maintenance post. Thank you for your patience.

During the above window, the networking team will be performing some proactive work in AMS3 for further expansion.

Expected Impact:

All resource management events in AMS3 will be temporarily disabled during the maintenance.

This includes, but is not limited to, events such as Droplet/snapshot/backup creates, Droplet resizes, and power actions. This will also include Droplet-dependent services, such as Managed Databases and Managed Kubernetes. We will endeavor to re-enable events as quickly as possible.

We do not anticipate an impact to connectivity for existing Droplets, on either public or private networks.
