Our Engineering team identified an issue impacting GenAI agents via Cloud between 19:55 UTC and 20:36 UTC

During this time, users were unable to view or create GenAI agents in the Cloud Control Panel.

A fix was deployed at 20:36 UTC by our Engineering team and the issue stands resolved now.
