Since 20:41 UTC, our Engineering team has not observed any further recurrences of the issue. We did experience a brief outage with marketplace.digitalocean.com, but the mitigation efforts completed appear to have been successful. We are going to continue to monitor the situation and will post an update once we are confident this issue will not recur.

Our Engineering team has observed multiple mitigation strategies resulting in lessening error rates for our Cloud Control Panel and API. At this time, we expect the majority of users to be able to access cloud.digitalocean.com and send API requests normally. Based on the recurrences we've observed so far, there may still be intermittent periods of failures until the situation is fully resolved.

If users are experiencing errors while accessing cloud.digitalocean.com, we recommend logging out and back in to refresh their session.

Multiple teams continue to work to mitigate the impact from this incident and restore stability to cloud.digitalocean.com and our public API. Users will continue to see intermittent timeouts and errors for requests to the Cloud Control Panel and API. Please note that users may also see issues accessing subdomains of digitalocean.com, such as status.digitalocean.com, but may refresh pages to attempt to view them successfully.

Our Engineering team is engaged and working on mitigating this now. At this time, users may intermittently be unable to access cloud.digitalocean.com, as well as send requests to the public API.
