Our Engineering team has confirmed the full resolution of the issue impacting the ticket creation via the Support Portal. Customers should now be able to create tickets from within the Cloud Panel here: https://cloudsupport.digitalocean.com/

Our Engineering team is investigating an issue with our Support Portal. During this time, users will be unable to access the Support Portal at https://cloudsupport.digitalocean.com/. We are aware of this issue and our Engineers are working with our vendor to resolve this.
