Our Engineering team has deployed a fix for the issue impacting Apps. As of 17:20 UTC, all impact has been mitigated and users should no longer experience any issues when deploying new Apps or updating existing Apps. We're monitoring the situation and will post an update once we resolved the issue.

Our Engineering team is investigating an issue with App Platform deploys and creates in all regions. Existing running Apps are not impacted.
As of 15:55 UTC, users will experience delays while updating existing Apps and deploying new Apps. We are working to deploy a fix, but are investigating other mitigation avenues to quickly resolve customer impact.
