Our Engineering team has confirmed that the issue impacting Public API and multiple services has been fully resolved.

Users should no longer experience issues with Billing services, new User registrations, and Droplet event processing. All services related to the App platform, Managed Kubernetes, Container Registry, and Block Storage Volumes should be functioning normally.

Update
Our Engineering team had already deployed a fix earlier and that has mitigated the issue impacting Public API and multiple services.

As of 09:20 UTC, our Engineering team found issues related to Billing services which have been mitigated as well after a fix was deployed.

As of now, users should no longer experience issues with new User registrations and Droplet event processing. All services related to the App platform, Managed Kubernetes, DigitalOcean Container Registry, and Block Storage Volumes should be functioning normally at this time.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will post an update once we confirm the issue is fully resolved.

As of 06:48 UTC, our Engineering team confirmed that the fix applied has mitigated the issue impacting Public API and multiple services.

Users should no longer experience issues with new user registrations, Droplet event processing, App platform, Managed Kubernetes, Container Registry, and Block Storage Volumes. We are monitoring the situation and will post an update once we confirm the issue is fully resolved.

Investigating
As of 05:22 UTC, our Engineering team is investigating an issue impacting our API and Droplets.
During this time, users may experience errors when trying to use the public API at api.digitalocean.com, when attempting to create new user registrations, and may see issues with processing Droplet events.

We are now confirming the full impact, but users may also notice problems with other services. We regret any inconvenience and will let you know as soon as more information is available
