As a result of our ongoing incident with the Customer Support Ticket Portal, referenced here: https://status.digitalocean.com/incidents/gdvprb8bwhtp, we'll be conducting maintenance to implement potential fixes recommended by our vendor.
During this time, there is a risk that users may be completely unable to access the Support Portal at https://cloudsupport.digitalocean.com/, or may see SSL warnings and/or errors when attempting to access the portal.
