Impact: none;
Our Engineering team identified and mitigated an issue with an internal service. From 16:13 - 16:20 UTC, users would have experienced an increased error rate for requests to the API. Users may have also seen errors in the Cloud Control Panel, for operations like generating API tokens, downloading configuration files, etc. Our team also confirmed impact to the Functions API.

A fix was deployed and a long-term remediation plan is also in progress to prevent recurrences of this issue.
